How to acquire

• Participate in the The Autograph and Mini Live Event which runs from 8/07/2015 - 8/14/2015 AND 8/20/2015 - 8/27/2015.
• You'll need to login four times a day to receive the first LE.
• To get the second LE, you'll need to participate in the second part.
• From 12/1/15 through 12/31/15, there was a special log in bonus where if you log in three days, you get this LE!
• You have a chance to obtain the LE by scouting in the 2nd part of Republishing Scout that runs from 01/15/2016 - 01/22/2016
