This is a special scout to celebrate the ending of Labyrinthe. You have a chance to get the 1st Anniversary cards together with new 1st Anniversary cards of Alchemist. Each group will have a rate up during a certain period. Also, if you scout an LE it will be guaranteed to be a 1st Anniversary card that has a rate up. Here's the schedule and group divisions.
